The 22nd Annual Conference of the National Council of Less Commonly Taught Languages and the 23rd Annual Conference of the African Language Teachers Association are scheduled for April 26-28, 2019, (with pre-conference workshops scheduled for April 25, 2019). The NCOLCTL/ALTA Conference Committee solicits proposals for individual papers, colloquia, and poster sessions to be presented at this conference.

The NCOLCTL/ALTA Conference Committee invites proposals for individual papers, colloquia, and poster sessions. Submissions should fall broadly within the conference theme: "Embracing Diversity and Inclusion through LCTL Education". Although proposed presentations may focus on individual languages, each paper should strive to address issues with relevance to many languages. These proposals can be generated based on any of the topics listed below. Other topics relevant to the conference theme are also welcomed.
