Dené (Athabaskan) Language Conference
May 31-June 2, 2018

Day1 of the conference will focus on Presentations on linguistic theory, description and data management. 

Day 2 of the conference will focus on presentations by community members and people working with the community on Language Maintenance efforts, such as teaching techniques, and language programs efforts. 

Day 3 of the conference will be a series of workshops hosted by academics and community members working on a language in the Pacific Dené Languages. These will be directed discussions with the intent to answer a question that a language group is working on that will benefit from a discussion with similar languages. The hope is that this will lead to longer discussion that will continue after the conference.
