The Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Abroad program provides scholarships for United States high school students to study abroad in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Macedonia, Malaysia, Morocco, Philippines, Senegal, Thailand, or Turkey.
