The OAMME/OABE Winter institute is designed for teachers and administrators engaged in the work of raising achievement for all students through the application of bilingual and culturally responsive pedagogy. The 2017 conference theme is “Building Community Through Language & Culture.” The 2017 institute, originally scheduled for January 13 and 14 at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, has been rescheduled for April 22 at the same location.
