The Trainer I-II position has four major requirements:

1. Very high level of language ability (speaking/reading) in French. Please
mention any education / experiences in the target language country
(elementary, middle school, high school and/or university- with classes in the
target language). A verbal/reading comprehension test will be given to
candidates that appear to have the language skill levels required. If you are
unsure just how high your language abilities are, please give me a call to
discuss or send in your resume.

2. Very high level of fluency in English.

3. College degree

4. Experience in teaching/training or educational material creation

Job Content
The Trainer position would include the following responsibilities:

1.Training Clients or TSYS Employees (in English) - Learn about TSYS
software, prepare training materials and provide classroom training about the
software. Any information about your teaching or instructional design
experience would be welcome.

2. French-Language Translation Management - Build a translation memory,
using source and target language content from the Internet, historic translated
documents, etc. Knowledge of translation memories is not required for this
position. Review vendor translations (French - to - English and English - to -
French) for accuracy and manage translation quality, timeliness and cost.
Build a glossary of industry terms in the foreign language. Cooperate with
local French sales staff, who will also provide a review.
