The teacher workshop is organized by the National Childrens Museum, National Building Museum and ICTEs Mid Atlantic Region Japan in the Schools (MARJiS). Saturday, November 20, 2004, 9:00 am- 1:30 pm at the National Building Museum, Washington, DC. A brand new exhibit with authentic artifacts, Five Friends from Japan: Children in Japan Today, becomes the classroom space. Workshop participants will receive free resource materials and activities for use in the classroom. Registration is required. Limited space is available. The deadline is November 12.
