Title | Wiki for Indigenous Languages |
Body |
The Wiki for Indigenous Languages started as a platform for sharing resources on Yoem Noki (Yaqui). In addition to those resources (http://wil.cdh.ucla.edu/yaqui/wiki/main-page), there is also a Quechua site (http://quechua.wil.cdh.ucla.edu/). People are also encouraged to join and share resources on other indigenous languages; learn more at http://wil.cdh.ucla.edu/join-us. The site also includes a list of links to resources for a considerable number of indigenous languages: http://wil.cdh.ucla.edu/indigenous-language-websites Read a recent article about this resource at http://indiancountrytodaymedianetwork.com/2016/11/23/wiki-indigenous-languages-using-technology-stop-language-loss-166485 |
