| Body | The Foreign Language Educators of New Jersey is hosting the next workshop in its professional development series: Adjust the Unit Focus: Zoom in on Culture Culture invites students to both learn the language and understand new perspectives. Why not make it the unit focus? This workshop will show examples of traditional units that were transformed by culture. Additionally, we will share ideas for connecting to the community, content areas and native speakers. We will also guide you through the process of adjusting your own unit and planning daily lessons starting with authentic resources.
