| Title | National Post-Secondary Russian Essay Contest |
| Body | From http://www.actr.org/national-post-secondary-russian-essay-contest-npsrec.html In 1999, American Council of Teachers of Russian launched the National Post-Secondary Russian Essay Contest, which has become a signature Russian language contest for university students around the country. Teachers whose students are participating in the contest receive the essay topic in late January. Students write their essays on 1-15 February at a time selected by the instructor at each institution. Three judges in Moscow independently review the essays and winners are announced in April.
