This institute is part of the California Department of Education's efforts to provide technical assistance to LEAs in implementing the No Child Left Behind Act. The target audience for the Institute is superintendents, school board members, administrators, evaluators, and staff involved in implementing state and federal programs for ELLs and immigrant students.
