| Body | From http://linguistlist.org/issues/26/26-4618.html The Linguistics department at the University of California, Santa Barbara announces its 19th Annual Workshop on American Indigenous Languages (WAIL), which provides a forum for the discussion of theoretical, descriptive, and practical studies of the indigenous languages of the Americas. The 2016 workshop will take place May 7-8. Anonymous abstracts are invited for talks on any topic relevant to the study of indigenous languages of the Americas. The deadline for abstracts is February 14, 2016.
