| Body | From the Arabic-L listserv: NSEP and IIE are pleased to announce the competition for a new Arabic Flagship Undergraduate program. Please share this announcement broadly with your colleagues who may be interested in this opportunity. This is an open competition for US institutions of higher education with an existing Arabic language program. Proposals are due 4:30 pm, Friday November 20, 2015. There is a webinar that is required for all applicants on Tuesday, October 27 from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm.
