| Body | From http://rusdocfilmfest.org/ The Eighth Independent Russian Documentary Film Festival in New York will take place at the Anthology Film Archives and DCTV theatres and at the Brooklyn Public Library on October 9-11, 2015. RusDocFilmFest-3W is a non-political film festival that presents movies focused on society, culture and history. This festival reflects the modernity and multiculturalism of the Russian-speaking world – a world of independent thought and freedom of expression in art. The 8th festival will show documentaries from Russia, Belarus, Lithuania and the USA that were filmed in 2014-2015. Fifteen American premieres will be presented among 20 festival screenings.
