The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages will have its 2015 Annual Convention and World Languages Expo November 20-22 in San Diego, California. Choose among over 700 sessions, visit with vendors of language learning materials and supports, and network with other language professionals. New at this year’s convention:

Career Café: Hosted discussions about the career search process and issues common to young teachers, such as classroom management.

ACTFL Co-lab Zone: Hands-on demonstrations of ACTFL assessment tools.

Social Media Lounge: Hosted tweet-ups on various technology topics.

TOY Talks: Similar to TED Talks, these are talks by past ACTFL Teachers of the Year.
