From the SEELANGS listserv:

I invite you to nominate a qualified junior or sophomore (10th or 11th graders) to receive the 2015 American Council of Teachers of Russian (ACTR) Russian Scholar Laureate Award. Please nominate your most deserving sophomore or junior from your Russian Classes at the Secondary School Russian student for this award. Nominations will be accepted until June 30, 2015.

Any school that has more than 100 students studying Russian may nominate two students (sophomore or junior)

There is no fee for participation in this program but your membership in ACTR must be current.
