"The Oregon Board of Education is working towards adoption of a process for local school districts to award Biliteracy Seals to the high school graduation diplomas of students who earn them.

"...Five school districts will be piloting Biliteracy Seals this school year. Then, the Board of Education will consider any needed changes and work towards permanent adoption for the 2015-16 school year."
