The 2016 MLA convention will be held in Austin from 7 to 10 January in Austin, Texas. The presidential theme for the 2016 convention is "Literature and Its Publics: Past, Present, and Future."

Session proposals were submitted to the MLA in February; each session organizer has posted a call for papers. You can browse all of the calls at http://www.mla.org/cfp_browse

Deadlines vary by call but most are in March of this year.
