This is the first “Call for Sessions” for the 2015 AAIS Conference. The conference will be held in Boulder, CO, March 26-29, and will be sponsored by the Department of French and Italian at the University of Colorado.

At this time, colleagues who want to submit proposals for sessions and roundtables are welcome to write directly to the conference organizer, Valerio Ferme, at his email address: valerio.ferme@colorado.edu. In addition, session and roundtable organizers are invited to publicize their sessions on the AAIS list serve.

Proposals for sessions and roundtables will be accepted until December 1, 2014. Completed sessions and roundtables must be submitted to the conference organizer by January 10, 2015.

In submitting your proposal for a session or roundtable, please include:
- Title of Session or Roundtable
- Organizer: name, affiliation, email address
- Chair (if different from Organizer): name, affiliation
- If completed, name, affiliation, and title of presentation in parenthesis for each participant in the session
- If completed, name and affiliation for each participant in a roundtable
- Any audio-visual equipment needed

By the end of September, the organizers will open the Conference website, where a list of open and completed sessions will be available for perusal.

Please remember: According to AAIS by-laws, you must be members in good standing to propose or participate in a session or roundtable. If you are not a member or you need to renew your membership, please go to: http://www.aais.info/membership/ . The deadline to renew your membership this year will be February 1, 2015.
