The unofficial motto of the 2014 AAAL conference is ‘change’ – and ‘change’ is reflected this year both in the format of the conference and in the way the organizers put together the program. To ensure sustained dialog, the organizers have expanded the number of Roundtable presentations and scheduled most Individual Papers as thematic Sessions.
