TitleNNELL Northeast Regional Professional Development Workshop: Planting Seeds for Tomorrow
Body

The National Network for Early Language Learning (NNELL) is pleased to offer our Northeast Regional professional development workshop on Saturday, April 5, 2014 in Summit, New Jersey. The theme for the day is “Early Language Learning: Planting Seeds for Tomorrow.”

We cordially invite you to come to the Garden State to see Early Language Learning in action. As we’re planting these “seeds for tomorrow,” what are we to expect of these budding linguists as they forge their way into the 21st century?

ACTFL Teacher of the Year (’08) Janet Glass will kick off the day with a keynote presentation, “NNELL and TELL: Planting the Best Seeds / Why the TELL Project Is Important To Us.” We’ll have three sets of breakout sessions on topics such as literacy, music, technology, storytelling, advocacy, differentiation, story writing, iPads, and more. Exhibitors will be on hand to share their newest early language learning resources … some of which will be raffle prizes for lucky attendees.

Deadline for registration is March 24. NNELL members pay $55 and non-members pay $75.

Your registration fee includes continental breakfast and lunch. For more information, please go to http://www.nnell.org/events
