| Title | Call for Proposals: Professional Development Workshop for Italian Teachers |
| Body | From the American Association for Italian Studies listserv: Dear Colleagues, We are seeking proposals from teachers at all levels for papers that deal with any aspect of teaching Italian Language and Culture: strategies for increasing proficiency of the skill areas; approaches to teaching Italian culture, literature, history and current issues through language; innovative use of technology; research on trends in teaching Italian in the U.S. and elsewhere; experiments in teaching Italian. Proposals from independent scholars most welcome.
