This conference will be held on October 7-9, 2004 with one-day pre-conference seminars on October 6, 2004. We are delighted that Susan Sclafani, counselor to the U.S. Secretary of Education and acting assistant secretary for the Office of Vocational and Adult Education, will give the keynote address at this year's opening reception.
