| Title | Book Recommendation for New Teachers |
| Body | Based upon what I hear new teachers say, their biggest challenge and the area for which they feel least prepared is the day-to-day stuff like classroom management. I suggest that you buy a copy of Harry Wong's book "The First Days of School" for some excellent ideas on how to manage and organize a classroom.
