K-12 Teachers Workshop

This day-long workshop will explore historical, linguistic, and cultural aspects of Japan. Presenters will draw on both theory and pedagogical practices to help K-12 teachers incorporate Japan in the curriculum.

Registration is free and open to K-12 educators as well as graduate and undergraduate students in the College of Education. Act 48 Hours are available. All meals on the 10th are included. Free lodging will be provided in State College for the evenings of the 9th and the 10th to those traveling to the workshop.
