| Title | Intensive Summer Language Institute Program for Chinese Teachers |
| Body | From http://programs.americancouncils.org/webForms/index.php?frmno=48 This program provides fully funded fellowships for non-native speakers of Chinese who are teaching Chinese to spend six weeks overseas studying intermediate and advanced-level Chinese in Changchun, China. Fellowships are available to current K-12 teachers and community college instructors of Mandarin Chinese, as well as to students enrolled in education programs who intend to teach Mandarin. The ISLI program is funded by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State and implemented by American Councils for International Education. The program will run June 18-August 3, 2013. Applications are due by February 11, 2013.
