Entering now into the second decade of the 21st century, it is appropriate to briefly pause and reflect on how far we have come, share and gather insights on the current research that is being done, as well as anticipate future directions for inquiry and practice. The 32nd Annual NYS TESOL Applied Linguistics Winter Conference will be a venue where all current and future second language researchers and practitioners are welcome to exchange ideas and research as we continue to look ahead into the future.
