| Body | From http://corling.wordpress.com/2010/02/24/the-first-international-conference-on-researching-and-teaching-vietnamese-%E2%80%93-announcement-no-1 International Association of Teaching Vietnamese, in conjunction with the Department of Vietnamese studies of the School of Social Sciences and Humanities within Vietnam National University, HCM City, will hold the first International Conference on Researching and Teaching Vietnamese (1st ICR&TV) on January 6-7, 2011, at the School of Social Sciences and Humanities within Vietnam National University, HCM City. The conference aims at providing an opportunity for researchers and teachers of Vietnamese to present their research results and share their experiences in teaching Vietnamese as a foreign language, to network and exchange their works with other scholars in the field as well as with other IATV members. Another aim of the conference is to encourage discussion among professionals with the view to promote collaboration in researching and teaching of Vietnamese as a foreign language across Vietnamese teaching and researching institutions worldwide. |
