Tom Nickel from the Utah State University is sponsoring wwwtools access for all readers from Romania. Each person with a Romanian email address will get notification that Tom is sponsoring a year's access to wwwtools. You (or your institution) can sponsor a country's email addresses. It need not be a country. It could be some other identifiable email address. This is an excellent way for your institution to promote itself and in the process help education.
