TitleTOEFL Small Grants for Doctoral Research in Second or Foreign Language Assessment

ETS is now accepting applications for the TOEFL Small Grants for Doctoral Research in Second or Foreign Language Assessment program. These grants make available small cash awards to promising doctoral students working in the area of foreign- or second-language assessment that will help them finish their dissertations in a timely manner.

Eligible candidates must be a postgraduate/graduate student registered in a doctoral program leading to a degree with a specialization in second or foreign language assessment, have completed all course and examination requirements for the degree and have a dissertation proposal that has been approved by an appropriate committee at the candidate's university.

The award value is up to $2000. The TOEFL Program awards up to ten awards each year.
