Requires 12 quarter hours of accounting courses and two years of experience which included preparing financial reports, or an equivalent combination of experience and education; experience with spreadsheet and database computer applications; strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with people of diverse ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.
