| Body | Call for Presenters - Texas Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages State Conference 2010: Steady Bridges over Strong Currents Deadline: Proposal must be received by June 15, 2010 Location: The Crowne Plaza Riverwalk Hotel, San Antonio Texas Description: Texas Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TexTESOL) is currently accepting presentation submissions for its 2010 State Conference (November 11-13). TexTESOL II is seeking presenters who are willing to share their experience, insights, and expertise in order to enhance the professional growth of TESOL students and practitioners in Texas. Title of Conference: Steady Bridges over Strong Currents: Building Strong Foundations to Master Language Challenges. Presentation Process: Presentations are now being accepted. You may submit your proposal by completing the Call for Presentations form or submitting an application online or print an application and fax it to 512-336-1238. * Submit your application by June 15, 2010 * Proposals will be reviewed by the conference education committee and speaker chair. * Speakers will be confirmed via email and final acceptance notifications will be sent by August 16, 2010 along with a speaker packet Presenters are required to register for the conference as a condition of selection.
