| Body | CALL FOR PAPERS and ANNOUNCEMENT OF SIXTH ISSUE OF SCENARIO The bilingual (German-English), refereed online journal SCENARIO, the Journal for Drama and Theatre in Foreign and Second Language Education, is pleased to announce its 6th issue with contributions by the author team George Belliveau, Jamie Beck, Graham W. Lea and Amanda Wager (University of British Columbia, Canada), Christian Schmitt-Kilb (University of Rostock, Germany), Uta Schorlemmer (Occidental College Los Angeles, USA), Barbara Sinisi (Università di Cassino and Siena-Arezzo, Italy), reviews by Kelly C. Kingsbury (University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA) and Bettina Matthias (Middlebury College, Vermont, USA), as well as an excerpt of the beloved Pippi Langstrumpf by Astrid Lindgren: Pippi goes to the Fair. The new issue can be accessed via the journal's website: http://scenario.ucc.ie. Teachers, scholars, theatre professionals, drama educators, and drama education researchers involved with the teaching and learning of second and foreign languages are invited to submit papers for the eighth issue of SCENARIO. Contributors will shape and intensify the debate around the role of drama and theatre in the teaching and learning of second and foreign languages, literatures, and cultures. Deadline for submission: June 30, 2010. Both theoretical papers and reports on practical projects in line with the journal's profile are welcome. Please consult the journal's website as to submission guidelines. Papers may be in English or German and should not exceed 15-18 pages (5000-6000 words). They should be preceded by an abstract of no more than 200 words. Please include a short author biography and 4-6 keywords.
