| Body | Union College The Department of Modern Languages and Literature at Union College invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor position in Japanese language. Responsibilities include Japanese language instruction at 1st and 2nd year levels, 1-2 courses in the Fall term of 2003 (September to November) and Spring term of 2004 (March to June), contingent upon enrollment. Applicants should have the following background: native or near-native fluency in Japanese, a good command of English, a degree in Japanese pedagogy or a related field, and teaching experience, preferably at the college level in the U.S. Reviews of candidates begin on May 15, 2003 and will continue until the position is filled.
